The Church Bus goes out every Sunday to pick up anyone in need of a ride to church. The bus route mostly consists of younger children from different parts of town. From the start of this ministry it averaged around 3-4 bus riders. Now it averages between 10-12 bus riders on Sundays, and is continuing to grow rapidly.
The Bus riders also get to partake in special events. Every Sunday there are snacks and juices for all the children. On occasion we have popsicles or ice cream in the summer.
Right now we are in a current need for more bus workers and drivers. If you are certified and legally eligible to drive a passenger bus please contact Jake Schiaffino.
This year's Vacation Bible School: Searching for Salvation, the bus ran ever day and averaged about 45 kids a night. On our busiest night we had 58 kids on board with few workers.
